Moving to Mumbai
Servers you move to us run in the Yotta NM1 data centre in Navi Mumbai, so your data stays in India and visitors in India get a faster response than from Singapore or Europe. Moves are planned and supported in IST, in English and Hindi, and billed on a GST invoice in rupees — the migration itself at no charge.

Is migration really free?
Yes, when you're moving onto a Chandnas server or email plan — it's part of the service. Most moves are free, whatever the number of sites or mailboxes; if a move needs extra work, we quote it before we start. Moves into AWS or Azure are planned in a free assessment and quoted, because they vary so much from one account to the next.
Will my website go down during the move?
The target is no downtime you'd notice. We copy and test everything on the new server first, lower DNS cache times a day ahead, switch at a quiet hour, and copy anything that changed at the last moment. The old server keeps answering until the switch is complete.
How long does a website migration take?
A typical WordPress site moves the same day. A cPanel account with email takes 24–48 h. Larger sites, custom applications and several sites at once are planned individually, and the plan gives you the time before we start.
How do I move my email from Rediffmail to Google Workspace?
We set up Google Workspace on your domain, copy your old mail while you keep working, switch your MX records at a quiet hour, then copy anything that arrived in between. For a team of 10 it takes 2–3 working days. Google Workspace
Will I lose any email during the move?
No. Old mail is copied before the switch, and anything that arrives during it is copied after. Everyone keeps their address, and their mail is waiting in the new mailbox.
What do you need from me?
Access to your current host or control panel, access to your domain's DNS (or we manage it), passwords or admin access for the old mailboxes, and a list of anything that matters to you — a payment gateway, a scheduled report, an integration. We work out the rest.
Do I need to tell my payment gateway or bank?
If they allow-list your server's IP address, yes: a new server has a new IP address. We list every service that needs updating before the switch, so nothing stops working on the day.
Can you move us off AWS to a fixed-price server?
Yes. If your AWS bill has grown past what a fixed-price VPS or dedicated server would cost, we plan the move and do it at no charge. How much do AWS managed services cost? compares the two.
What happens to my old hosting?
Keep it until the new setup is working and you're happy. We tell you when it's safe to cancel, and what to download first if your old host deletes data on cancellation. After the move, we support the new setup. Support
