Moving from your current email
We copy your old mail, contacts and calendars into Microsoft 365 while you keep working, switch your MX records at a quiet hour, then copy anything that arrived in between. For a team of 10, it takes 2–3 working days.

Where your data lives
For accounts set up in India, Microsoft stores your mailboxes, OneDrive and SharePoint files and Teams chats at rest in its Indian data centres. The commitment follows the country chosen when the account is first created, so we set yours up from India. That matters for the DPDP Act and for clients who ask where their data is kept.

How much does Microsoft 365 cost in India?
On an annual plan, ₹170/user/month for Business Basic, ₹860/user/month for Business Standard and ₹1,830/user/month for Business Premium, exclusive of 18% GST — Microsoft's India list price. Monthly plans cost more: ₹1,032/user/month for Business Standard.
What is the difference between the monthly and annual plan?
The annual plan is a 12-month commitment at the lower price: you can add users during the year, but not reduce the number until renewal. The monthly plan costs more — ₹204/user/month for Business Basic against ₹170/user/month — and you can change numbers month to month. Choose annual if your headcount is steady.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. We invoice you in rupees with 18% GST shown separately, under GSTIN 08AGZPC8732G1ZX, so a GST-registered business can claim input tax credit. Microsoft 365 appears on the same invoice as anything else you buy from us.
Is Copilot included in Microsoft 365?
Copilot Chat is included at no extra cost with every Business plan. Copilot inside Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams is a paid add-on, Microsoft 365 Copilot Business, for customers on an eligible Business plan. Ask us for a current quote.
Does Microsoft 365 include Teams in India?
Microsoft sells each Business plan in India both with and without Teams; without it, Teams is an add-on. The prices on this page are for the plans with Teams.
How long does migration to Microsoft 365 take?
