AWS managed services in India
We set up, secure, monitor, back up and cost-tune your AWS account, and answer the phone when something breaks. It starts with a free assessment of what you run and what it costs.
The free assessment covers
- Your AWS bill, line by line: what each service costs and why
- Security gaps: root-account use, open ports, public buckets, old access keys
- Backups: what is protected, what isn't, and whether restores work
- Savings: idle resources, oversized instances, Savings Plans
A written report within 5 working days. No commitment.
- Since 2006, Jaipur
- 3,500+ businesses served
- Mumbai data centre, Yotta NM1
- GST invoice in INR
Who managed AWS is for, and who should look elsewhere
This is for you if
- You run production on AWS — a website, an app, an ERP or a database — and nobody on the team owns the AWS account full-time.
- Your AWS bill has grown and nobody can explain it line by line.
- You're moving to AWS from a VPS, a dedicated server or your own office servers, and want it done properly the first time.
This is not for you if
- You run one website or a WordPress store — a managed VPS is simpler, with a fixed monthly price
- Your stack is mostly Microsoft: Windows Server, SQL Server, Microsoft 365 → Azure managed services
- You have an in-house cloud team and need AWS's own engineers on call → AWS Enterprise Support, bought from AWS
What we do on your AWS account
Security baseline
Root account locked away, multi-factor login for every user, roles instead of shared keys, CloudTrail logging and billing alerts on from day one.
Monitoring and alerts
CloudWatch alarms on what takes you down — CPU, disk, memory, error rates, database connections — routed to our engineers, not an inbox.
Patching
Operating-system and security updates on your EC2 servers, scheduled for quiet hours, with a snapshot taken first.
Backups that are tested
AWS Backup policies for servers, databases and file systems, with a test restore every quarter.
Cost control
A monthly review of idle resources, oversized instances, storage classes and Savings Plans. AWS cost optimisation
Migration to AWS
From a VPS, a dedicated server or your office, planned, rehearsed and cut over at a quiet hour.
A monthly report
What ran, what changed, what it cost against last month, and what we recommend next — in plain language.
Support you can reach
WhatsApp, phone and email. If production is down, first response within 10 minutes. Support
How it works

- 3OperateMonitoring, patching, backups and support from the day we take over, under access you control.
- 4OptimiseRight-sizing, Savings Plans and clean-up of idle resources, reviewed every month.
- 5ReportA monthly report: incidents, changes, spend against last month, and the next steps.
How are AWS managed services priced?
In two parts. Your AWS usage stays billed by AWS in rupees, as it is today. On top of that we charge a monthly fee agreed after a free assessment, fixed in writing before we start.

Your account stays yours
- We work through an access role you create in your account and can switch off at any time; we never hold your root login.
- Every change we make is recorded in your account's CloudTrail log, where you can read it.
- If you leave, you keep everything: the account, the data, the backups and the documentation of how it's set up.
- The same engineers who run our customers' servers and email since 2006 — one team, one phone number.
AWS's Mumbai and Hyderabad regions carry AWS's own certifications, including ISO 27001, SOC reports and PCI DSS; the reports are available in your account through AWS Artifact.
Data in India, support in IST
We run your workloads in AWS's Mumbai region, or Hyderabad for a second Indian region, so your data stays in India — which matters for the DPDP Act and for RBI-regulated customers who ask where their data lives. Support is in English and Hindi, in IST.
Questions people ask
How much do AWS managed services cost in India?
There are two costs: what you use on AWS, and the management fee. We charge a monthly fee agreed after a free assessment; it depends on how many servers and environments we look after and the hours of cover you need. Providers charge either a fixed monthly retainer or a percentage of your AWS bill; our guide compares the two.
Can I get AWS billed in rupees with a GST invoice?
Yes. Your AWS usage stays billed by AWS in rupees, with GST, through AWS's Indian entity — that doesn't change when we manage your account. Our management fee comes on our own GST invoice, in rupees.
Do you work in my AWS account or move me to yours?
Yours. We work through an access role you create in your account and can switch off at any time; we never hold your root login. The account, the data and the bill stay in your name, and if you stop working with us you keep all of it.
What is AWS Managed Services (AMS)?
AMS is AWS's own operations service, sold to large enterprises. Most Indian businesses get the same result — someone running the account day to day, patching, monitoring, backing up and watching cost — from a managed service provider such as Chandnas, at a monthly fee agreed up front.
Do I still need my own DevOps engineer?
Not for running the infrastructure: security, patching, monitoring, backups and cost are ours. You still need someone who owns your application — writing the code and releasing it — and we can set up a deployment pipeline so that is one command rather than a manual job.
How can I reduce my AWS bill quickly?
Start with what nobody uses: unattached disks, old snapshots, idle load balancers and forgotten test servers. Then right-size instances that run at low CPU, move steady workloads to Savings Plans, and switch development servers off at night. The free assessment lists these for your account, with the saving each would make. AWS cost optimisation
What happens if our site goes down at 2 am?
Our monitoring alerts an engineer, who responds within 10 minutes (24/7 for production outages). If the fault is inside AWS itself, we work around it where your setup allows — another availability zone, a restored backup — and keep you posted until it's resolved. Support and SLA
Can you migrate us to AWS?
Yes — from a VPS, a dedicated server or servers in your office. We plan the move, rehearse it, keep a way back, and cut over at a quiet hour. The plan and its cost come out of the free assessment. How migration works
What should I ask an AWS managed service provider before signing?
Five questions: how they access your account, and whether you can revoke it; who responds at night, and how fast; how the fee is worked out; whether they test restores or only take backups; and what you keep if you leave. Our answers are on this page — ask anyone else the same.
