Prices in US dollars a month, exclusive of GST. You're invoiced in rupees at the exchange rate on the invoice date, plus 5% for currency conversion. Renews at the same price. EPYC 9454 and the 32-core Xeon Gold 6438 are heavy-duty servers with hot-swap drives and dual power; their memory and storage are configured to order.

Reading the plan table
- Dallas or Chicago
- Both are in the middle of the US, a good middle ground for users on either coast. Tell us where most of your users are and we'll suggest one.
- Cores / threads
- Physical cores and the threads they run. More cores help busy databases and many simultaneous users; the heavy-duty servers are built for virtual machines and containers.
- Memory
- ECC memory, standard on server hardware. Busy sites and databases run out of memory before CPU, so size for your database.
- Storage
- Two NVMe drives in RAID — fast solid-state storage for databases that read and write all day.
- Distance matters
- A US server is fast for US users and slow to reach from India. Put servers near your users: US customers here, Indian customers on our Mumbai servers.

In the US, supported from India
The servers are in the US; the people are in Jaipur. Support is in English and Hindi, in IST, by WhatsApp, phone and email — and the servers appear on the same invoice as your other Chandnas services.

Questions people ask
Why host in the USA if my business is in India?
Because speed depends on where your users are, not where you are. If most of your customers or API clients are in the US, a server in Dallas or Chicago answers them far faster than one in Mumbai.
How am I billed for a US server?
Prices are in US dollars. You're invoiced in rupees at the exchange rate on the invoice date, plus 5% for currency conversion, with GST, on the same invoice as your other Chandnas services.
Are these servers managed?
They're self-managed: you get root access, and we look after the hardware and network. If you'd like patching, monitoring and backups done for you, ask — management is quoted — or use a managed dedicated server in Mumbai.
Which US data centres do you use?
Dallas (Infomart) and Chicago (ServerCentral). Tell us where your users are and we'll suggest the better of the two.
How long does a US server take to set up?
48–72 hours after payment, with root access sent to you when it's ready. If you're moving from another host, we plan the migration alongside.
What happens if hardware fails?
We replace the failed part — a disk, a power supply, a memory module — and tell you when it's done. Most part replacements are done within 4 hours; some depend on the data centre. Support and SLA
