Where your data lives

Google stores Workspace data in its own data centres around the world; Business editions don't let you choose India as the storage location. Google encrypts data at rest and in transit, and the admin controls — 2-step verification, device management on higher editions — matter more for most businesses than the location. How much does Google Workspace cost in India?

On an annual plan, ₹270/user/month for Business Starter and ₹1,080/user/month for Business Standard, exclusive of 18% GST — Google's India list price. The flexible plan costs ₹325/user/month for Starter. Business Base, at ₹99/user/month, suits teams of up to 20 who need less storage.

What is the difference between the flexible and annual plan?

The annual plan is a 12-month commitment at the lower price: you can add users during the year, but not remove them until renewal. The flexible plan costs more per user — ₹325/user/month for Starter against ₹270/user/month — and you can add or remove users any month. Choose annual if your headcount is steady.

Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes. We invoice you in rupees with 18% GST shown separately, under GSTIN 08AGZPC8732G1ZX, so a GST-registered business can claim input tax credit. Workspace appears on the same invoice as anything else you buy from us.

Is Gemini AI included in Google Workspace?

Yes. Business Starter includes the Gemini app and Gemini in Gmail; Business Standard and Plus add Gemini in Docs, Sheets and Meet, with no separate charge.

How long does migration to Google Workspace take?

Can I keep my existing email address?

Yes. Workspace runs on your own domain, so name@yourcompany.com stays exactly as it is. Only the service behind it changes.

Which Google Workspace edition should I choose?

Business Starter suits most small teams: 30 GB per user is enough for email and everyday file sharing. Choose Business Standard if you share large files, record Meet calls or want 2 TB of pooled storage per user. Which business email plan?
