- A virtual core on a modern server CPU. One vCPU is plenty for a development server, a VPN, a bot or a small API; production sites with steady traffic want two or more.
- RAM
- 4 GB runs a small web stack or a few containers comfortably. Databases and Docker with several services want more — that's what Growth is for.
- NVMe storage
- Fast solid-state storage for the operating system, your software and data. 30 GB suits most development and small production servers; add more if you keep large files.
- Transfer
- Starter has a high-speed uplink with 1 TB a month of transfer. Development, staging and small apps rarely come close.
- Self-managed
- You have root and full responsibility for what runs on the server: updates, security, backups. We look after the machine and the network underneath it.

What is the difference between a cloud VPS and a managed VPS?
Who does the admin work. On a cloud VPS you get root access and run everything yourself — updates, security, backups. On a managed VPS we do all of that for you. The server underneath is similar; the price difference is the work: ₹1,199/month self-managed, against ₹5,899/month for our smallest managed Linux VPS.
Is a cloud server better than a VPS?
The terms overlap. "Cloud server" usually means a virtual server you run yourself, sometimes billed by use; a VPS is the same kind of machine, and a managed VPS is one someone runs for you. Choose by who will do the admin work, not by the label. VPS vs cloud vs dedicated
What's included in the price?
The server, its NVMe storage, one IPv4 address, and our care of the hardware, network and power underneath it. The software on the server is yours to install and look after.
Do you help if something breaks?
Yes, for anything below the operating system: the hardware, the network, and reinstalling the operating system. Problems inside the server — your software, its configuration, a security issue — are yours to fix, or move to a managed Linux VPS and we take them on. Support
How much bandwidth do I get?
Starter has a high-speed uplink with 1 TB a month of transfer. Development, staging and small production apps rarely come close; tell us if you expect heavy traffic and we'll size Growth instead.
Are backups included?
No — on a self-managed server, backups are yours to set up. Use your own routine, or add cloud backup for scheduled, off-server copies you don't have to think about.
Can I switch to a managed server later?
Yes. Moving to a managed Linux VPS is a free migration: we copy your setup across and take over patching, monitoring and backups from then on.
Can I run Windows on a cloud VPS?
For Windows, use our Windows VPS plans instead: the Windows Server licence is included and we manage the server for you.
